We started YesInsights because we got tired of seeing emails from companies where they’d send out these long surveys with terrible design. Most of them required us to click on an external link in order to fill out a long form, which was super annoying – especially when we’re on mobile! We wanted to give feedback to these companies, but they weren’t making it easy.

This sucked. And so we built YesInsights as a solution to this problem.

We want to help companies get feedback with surveys that are quick and painless to answer. We also want to empower customers to easily give feedback to companies. This creates a cycle that leads to better products and happier people. That is our ultimate goal.
